From a small rented production space to an expanding manufacturing operation, each chapter of KAPS reflects technical knowledge, teamwork and steady progress.
2001
The First Step
KAPS begins from a rented space of approximately 500–600 sq. ft., with an initial production capacity of about 200 litres per day.
2004
A Stronger Foundation
A leased industrial property in Raipur is used to establish a plant. Production capacity grows to approximately 600 litres per day.
2010
A Corporate Milestone
KAPS Foods India becomes a private limited company, an important stage in the business's formal development.
2016
Expansion & Semi-automation
Unit 1 and the manufacturing area expand, and production moves toward semi-automation. The business expands into Maharashtra, Odisha and Madhya Pradesh.
2016–2017
Beyond Ice Cream
KAPS launches food colours, glaze gels and sprays for bakery applications, then diversifies into non-dairy whip topping and non-dairy cooking cream under HANNS.
2020
Resilience Through COVID-19
Through the difficult pandemic period, the team works to sustain the business and keep the journey going.
2025–2026
Unit 2 & Automated Production
Unit 2 begins as the next chapter in manufacturing, with automated production.
